When we are in bondage, our attention is on our own lusts, fixations, loyalties, ambitions, grudges, and all that binds us to the world system. Christ’s freedom within us facilitates the mental quality of attention - attention to God, to His word, to prayer, and to His voice. God’s goal is our freedom.”
