I cite William Dembski in my second book, Nerve Endings of the Soul: Interaction Between the Mind of God and the Mind of Man Through Neural Synaptic Networks, who commented on God’s imparting of information into His created universe and its constituents: Energy in quantum events is proportional to frequency and inversely proportional to wavelength. Since there is no upper limit to wavelength there is no lower limit to energy required to impart specified information with structure, meaning and purpose into the codes of neural impulses. The Designer could impart information into the universe and its constituents, including components of the neural synaptic mechanism, without inputting any energy at all.
